Made on a micro budget, this bloody horror comedy required several identical costumes for continuity purposes. Every character undergoes a transformation at some point in the story. The young women transform from their regular lives to their vlogging personas, Santa transforms from his biker retirement to his magical Santa suit Pre-transformation each character is hiding their true nature, whether to fit in at work, to hide from their past, or to evade detection. Each character’s true form is foreshadowed in their disguise.

Dahlia is the toughest member of the Adventure Girls vlogging team and looks it with her goth-punk aesthetic. Her adventure costume, described in the script as “Santa’s little helper,” is predominately emerald green with pink and black accessories carried over from her streetwear.

Alexi is the newest member of the Adventure Girls. Her prep-punk look features a plaid skirt and quirky “Shampoo” shirt. Her adventure costume evokes Santa’s classic outfit with white fur trimmed red cut with a black belt.

Sadie is the cutest of the Adventure Girls and tends toward a variety of bright colors. Referred to as “My little snowflake” Sadie’s adventure costume evokes snow with lacy trim and a blue and white color scheme.

Santa has retired and lives alone at Santa’s Village disguised as a tough biker. Though he doesn’t want to be recognized, elements of his costume allude to his true identity. When danger comes in the form of Krampus. the Christmas demon, Santa magically transforms into his classic outfit.
